Permits

Per-job permit tracking, with a cross-job list for the "what's outstanding across the whole shop" audit.

Permit fields

• The linked job.
• Permit number and type (Building, Electrical, Plumbing, and so on).
• Issuing authority (city or county).
• Status: Applied, Approved, Inspection Scheduled, Passed, Failed, Denied, Expired, or Renewal Pending.
• Applied / approved / expiry / inspection dates, and the inspection result.
• Fee.

Where you'll find them

• Job detail -> Permits tab: the permits for that job.
• Sidebar -> Permits: every permit across every job, for a compliance audit.

In Analytics

Analytics -> Permit & Inspection: total permits, pending / passed / failed counts, approval rate, average processing time, total fees.
