Analytics is the one page where you see how the business is actually doing: 90+ KPIs across 15 categories, with charts and click-through drill-downs. It lives at /analytics. (It used to be called Reports; old /reports links 301-redirect here.)

The 15 categories

  1. Financial Health: margin per job, average invoice value, revenue per tech, cost per job, parts margin.
  2. Operational Efficiency: repeat-visit rate, on-time arrival, jobs per day per tech, overtime %, tech utilization.
  3. Customer Relationship: SLA compliance, CSAT, NPS, reputation score, contract attach and renewal rate.
  4. Inventory & Cash Flow: inventory turnover, time to invoice, DSO, estimate conversion.
  5. Expense Analytics: total expenses, by category, average per job, approval rate.
  6. Lead Pipeline: conversion rate, sales cycle, pipeline value, lost reasons, first-response time.
  7. Fleet & Vehicle: active fleet size, total and average maintenance cost, vehicles due.
  8. Procurement: open PO value, top suppliers, fulfillment rate.
  9. Checklist & Compliance: completion rate, item pass rate, jobs without checklists.
  10. Customer Portal & Service Requests: request count, conversion rate, portal message volume.
  11. Knowledge Base: total articles, views, comments, content freshness.
  12. Permit & Inspection: total permits, approval rate, average processing time, fees.

Period selector

Top of the page: 7, 30, 90, or 365 days, or a custom date range. Every KPI re-computes for the period you pick.

Compare mode

Trend pills show each KPI against the previous period (the same-length window just before) or against the same dates one year ago. Turn it off to hide the pills.

Drill-down popovers

Click a top operational KPI tile and a popover lists the actual records behind the number, scoped to the same period. Export those rows to CSV straight from the drill-down.

Trend charts

Three headline trends (revenue, jobs completed, CSAT) plus a daily job-activity heatmap.
